On a beautiful Memorial Day morning Pack 166 of Rogers gathered to compete in their annual Pinewood Derby. During a break in the very competitive racing Cleeo Wright of the BEAVER Patrol (....got it right THAT time!!) was awarded his beads, neckerchief and woggle by Scoutmaster Spain. It was a wonderful time to honor this dedicated Scout leader who has accomplished much and who will accomplish much more as Scouting moves forward.
